PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Pre-construction service for high standard construction projects: property search, land use request, architectural and engineering development, cost estimation, and permit assistance.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction assistance: contracting, detailed program preparation, supervision, inspection coordination, procurement and cost control, progress evaluation, payments management, insurance administration, change order negotiation, quality control, punch list inspection, project delivery coordination, and optional manual delivery.
POST CONSTRUCTION
Maintenance recommendations, preventive maintenance coordination, and post-construction service availability if needed.
PROPERTY APRAISALS
We have conducted over 1,500 appraisals for the National Insurance Company (I.N.S.) and various private sector clients. Our appraisal services encompass a wide range of areas, including:- Land property appraisals.
- Building appraisals.
- Assessment of damages and associated repair costs.
