He is currently a Founder Partner and General Manager at Manifiesto Construcción Ltda. With over 28 years of experience in construction and tourism real estate development in Costa Rica, he has worked for other construction firms, including Constructora y Consultora F.P.T., where he was a founding partner and resident engineer. At Feoli & Asociados S.A., he was responsible for overseeing a significant number of projects as a resident engineer.

Mr. Feoli is a graduate Civil Engineer from the University of Costa Rica and holds a Master’s in Construction and Real Estate Business Management as well as an MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain. He has completed courses from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a certificate in Conversational English from Tulane University, along with a Diploma in Public Relations from Dale Carnegie. He was a faculty member at the School of Civil Engineering at the University of Costa Rica from 2002 to 2006, where he taught Construction Planning. He is an active member of the College of Civil Engineers and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Costa Rica. He obtained a Master’s in Project Management (MPM) from Ramon Llull University in Barcelona, Spain. He holds a PMP certification from PMI and is an active member of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica (CFIA).

He worked for 9 years at Constructora Volio & Trejos, where he held positions such as Preconstruction Manager, Budget Manager, and Project Manager. As Project Manager, he oversaw highly complex projects totaling over 50,000 m2 of construction. He had the opportunity to participate in the implementation and use of BIM in construction, a necessary skill nowadays for ensuring project success.

He served as Director of Projects and Operations at America Free Zone for 4 years, overseeing the development of over 20,000 m2 of construction for high-level companies.

Recently, he has ventured into the field of luxury housing, complementing his experience in industrial construction.

He is fluent in both spoken and written English.
